With an eye toward growth and sustainability, we're on track to expand our family to 100 cows while increasing our production capacity to 1000 liters per day. Dairy farming begins with the care of cows. Farmers ensure their cows have proper nutrition, access to clean water, comfortable living conditions, and regular health check-ups. Cows are often milked two or three times a day.
Milking can be done using automated milking machines or manually. The udders are cleaned, and the milking process starts, collecting the milk in a sanitized container.
The freshly collected milk is immediately cooled to preserve freshness and prevent bacterial growth. It's stored in chilled tanks before transportation to processing facilities.
Milk is transported from the farm to processing facilities using refrigerated trucks to maintain its quality during transit.
Processed milk is packaged into various containers like bottles, cartons, or bags, and labeled for distribution.
Throughout the process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure milk safety and quality, including regular testing for bacteria, temperature checks, and adherence to hygiene standards.
